The ceremony is not filmed continuously. Instead, I focus on emotional moments and special reactions. If it is important for you to have the entire ceremony filmed continuously, please let me know so I can suggest suitable solutions.

Yes, your wedding film will be recorded in high-resolution 4K quality to capture every detail.

During the "Getting Ready" phase, both the bride and groom are equipped with discreet lapel microphones. This ensures excellent sound quality during the ceremony and helps to capture emotional moments even more authentically. The officiant or person conducting the ceremony will also be mic'd if possible. The exact placement of the microphones will be demonstrated during our pre-wedding meeting.

Yes, spontaneous extensions are possible. An additional hour will be charged at €110 or upgraded to the next higher video package. Once an extension occurs, this will be communicated on-site to the couple or a representative and will only be carried out if it is either desired or approved.

The weather is a variable that we cannot control. However, it should not be the focus of your special day. It is primarily about you, your love, and the celebration of your marriage. I will make the best of any weather situation and capture the emotional moments of your day. Planned scenes will be adapted to the weather conditions, and suitable alternatives will be discussed on-site.

Travel costs are not included in the price. Travel to and from the location is charged at €0.65/km additionally.

The music is carefully chosen (licensed music tracks) to perfectly capture the emotions of the day. Of course, I also take your music preferences into account. Licensed music means that you will have the rights to publish the video (e.g., on social media).

Yes, a table place and catering are kindly provided by the bridal couple. A strategically well-positioned table place allows me to optimally capture spontaneous moments like speeches or special performances.

My commitment as a videographer is binding upon receipt of the deposit. In my career, I have never had to cancel, and I intend to keep it that way. Only in cases of force majeure, severe illness, or unforeseeable personal circumstances could a cancellation be unavoidable. In this highly unlikely event, I would inform you immediately and recommend a qualified replacement. Any deposit made would, of course, be promptly refunded.

The reliability of my equipment has proven itself in all projects so far. I carry possible alternatives for most of my equipment. In the unlikely event of a technical failure of a key component such as the main camera or drone, a replacement device will be arranged on-site, which may, however, lead to adjustments in the schedule.

If the wedding needs to be postponed for organizational reasons before the original wedding date, no cancellation fees will be charged, provided the wedding is rescheduled within a year and I am available on the new wedding date. If the booking is canceled, the deposit of 30% will be retained as a cancellation fee to partially compensate for the planning efforts already made and the potential loss of another booking. If the couple can refer another booking for the scheduled date of similar scope, the cancellation will be free of charge. If the wedding is called off, all efforts made up to that point will be charged, and the deposit will be retained.
