Document Your Build Project Professionally
A construction timelapse is a long-term documentation in which a permanently installed camera records the entire build and turns it into a video that shows months in a few minutes. The camera captures one frame every 20 minutes during working hours and runs self-sufficiently on a solar panel and 4G. That means you need neither a power connection nor internet on site. I agree the position with your foreman before installation, and your construction firm supports the mounting. Throughout the build I service and maintain the system. On completion you receive a finished 4K video in 16:9, plus monthly progress clips on request for social media, investor communication and internal project documentation. Packages start at 1,900 euros plus VAT for a runtime of up to six months. If you also want to follow progress live, a site monitoring camera with remote access can be added.
Hardware & Technology
Professional, self-sufficient camera systems for every use case on the construction site.

4K Timelapse System
100% self-sufficient operation without power or internet connection. Integrated high-performance battery with solar panel and 4G/LTE mobile connectivity for secure transmission of the individual frames.

Live Monitoring System (PTZ)
Designed for planning offices and site managers. Two lenses, wide angle and zoom, at 2K resolution. The camera can be panned and zoomed, and live access is available at any time via app or web browser. Fully self-sufficient via solar and 4G. Servicing and maintenance are not included with this system.

I agree the optimal position on site with your foreman. Your construction firm supports the installation and, if required, provides a mounting fixture such as a mast and the personal protective equipment for the installation. From the moment of installation, the risk of theft, vandalism and site-related damage lies with the client.
Construction Timelapse FAQ
The construction timelapse costs 1,900 euros for a runtime of up to 6 months, 3,500 euros for up to 12 months and 4,900 euros for up to 18 months, in each case per site and plus VAT. This includes the camera, self-sufficient power supply, mobile connectivity, servicing and maintenance throughout the build, and the finished 4K video. The longer the runtime, the lower the cost per month. The site monitoring camera for live access costs 2,500 euros per camera, without servicing and maintenance. The prices apply to construction sites in South Tyrol.
I agree the optimal position on site with your foreman before setup. Your construction firm supports the actual installation and, if required, provides a mounting fixture such as a mast and the personal protective equipment. You do not need a power or internet connection: the camera runs on a solar panel and 4G.
A weatherproof camera is installed at a strategically chosen position on the construction site and automatically captures one frame every 20 minutes during working hours. In post-production, these individual frames are assembled into a smooth timelapse video that compresses weeks or months into minutes.
The equipment is designed for outdoor use under alpine conditions. The camera systems are IP65 certified (dustproof and water-jet protected) and run 100 percent self-sufficiently on powerful batteries and solar panels.
The system is fundamentally designed for autonomous long-term operation over many months. The exact runtime depends on local conditions, in particular the amount of sunlight for the solar panel and the stability of the mobile connection. Necessary maintenance and function checks are already included in the timelapse packages. The site monitoring camera is supplied without servicing and maintenance.
From the moment of installation, the risk for theft, vandalism and construction-related damage transfers to the client.
The final timelapse video is delivered in high-resolution 4K UHD in 16:9 as MP4. On request, I am happy to create monthly interim clips as project progress updates, as well as a final version with music, title cards and company logo.
Yes, monthly progress clips (15 to 25 seconds) are a very popular add-on. They are excellent for social media, investor communication and internal project documentation. The interval of the progress reports is agreed in advance.
