Hotel Films That Drive Bookings
From boutique mountain lodges to 5-star resorts: I produce hotel films that transport atmosphere, service, and emotion while driving direct bookings. Depending on project scope, I work with a small, well-coordinated team, so your regular guest operations are minimally affected.
What you hold in your hands at the end
A hotel film project delivers more than a single video. You receive a package of content tailored to your channels:
Cinematic main film in 4K: The centerpiece for your website and YouTube. Around 90 seconds is the sweet spot, about 30 seconds for header videos. Short and to the point keeps your guests watching; it should not exceed 120 seconds.
Vertical social media content: Show your hotel at its most beautiful and emotional on Instagram and beyond.
Short clips of your rooms: Ready for your booking engine.
Loops for the reception TV: Atmospheric loops, also for your digital guest app.
Social media ads: Short videos for your Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with licensed music.
Which building blocks your hotel needs is something we clarify in our first conversation. No two hotels are alike: the scope depends on your channels, your season and your budget.

How your hotel film project unfolds
- 01
First conversation & briefing
We discuss your goals: Which guests do you want to reach? Which areas of your hotel should take center stage, from the rooms to the restaurant to the spa? You then receive a quote tailored to your hotel.
- 02
Concept & shooting plan
I create a shotlist and coordinate the schedule with your reception and housekeeping. We film during quiet periods; reference rooms and spa slots are reserved in advance. For drone shots, I check the flight zones around your hotel beforehand.
- 03
The shoot
A typical shoot takes one to two days. Depending on the scope, I work alone or with a small, well-rehearsed team. Your guests notice as little as possible: quiet equipment, discreet presence, adapted to your peak hours.
- 04
Edit & feedback
You receive a first cut for review. One revision round is included: you collect your change requests, I implement them in a single pass.
- 05
Delivery
You receive all formats as 4K files, ready for your website, social media and booking engine.
Rooted in Val Pusteria, at home across South Tyrol
Most of my hotel clients run properties in Val Pusteria, between Kronplatz, Valle Aurina and the Three Peaks. That proximity pays off: short travel distances, flexible shoot dates when the weather turns, and a video maker who knows when the light over the valley is at its best.
I am not bound to it. I produce hotel films across South Tyrol and the Dolomites, from Val Venosta to Alta Badia, and take on projects beyond. What matters is not your hotel's address but whether your story and my way of filming fit together.
Hotel Film FAQ
A typical shoot takes 1 to 2 days, depending on the size of the hotel and the desired areas (rooms, restaurant, spa). Depending on the scope, I work with a small team to operate efficiently and in a guest-friendly way.
Delivery is in 4K UHD as an MP4 file by default. On request, I also create tailored formats such as 9:16 for Instagram Reels and further optimised clips for your online marketing.
No. We work quietly, discreetly, and quickly. We adapt to the hotel's peak times, film public areas during calm phases, and coordinate room shots in direct consultation with housekeeping.
Yes, aerial footage is a central element. I am A1/A2/A3 certified and also fly dynamic FPV drones. However, actual feasibility depends on the local flight zones (for example, proximity to hospitals or nature reserves). I check the legal framework for your hotel in advance.
We use professional 10-bit 4K cameras with a high dynamic range (log profiles), modern gimbals, high-quality audio and lighting equipment, and premium drones.
One complimentary revision round is included. After the first edit and your initial feedback, all change requests are compiled and applied in a single pass. Additional revision rounds are billed per effort.
Not necessarily. Authenticity often works best in tourism. We are very happy to work with your staff or real guests, provided a consent form is in place. If you would still like professional models, I am happy to support you in finding and arranging them.
You will receive a short briefing in advance. The key points are tidy reference rooms, reserved times for the spa area, and brief advance coordination with reception and housekeeping.
